Job Description
The Position: We are currently looking for several Software professionals, to join
our rapidly expanding team. As a professional within our team, you will include but not be limited to:
Producing quality software and systems - undertaking
a defined role which is decided on a project by project basis by the SPC in collaboration with the relevant Resource Manager - IT. The roles may be a combination activities involving:
Software production
* Translate the process and enhancement specifications
into programs and write or generate error-free code within agreed
timescales and using the development tools, methods and languages
specified by the Project Manager.
Software and database design
-Translate the functional requirements into a
specification of functional processes, program modules and data
definitions. Work with the database administrators to design and build file structures to support the functional processes. Reference and document the specifications and design for code development, testing and support.
Business and process analysis
Prepare and document business objectives, functional
requirements, data models and technical architecture which will meet an identified business need. Assist the Project Manager and business managers in scoping small projects, preparing the business case and the project plan, and in the sign off of the systems requirements specifications.
Team leading
Deputise for the Project Manager in setting
objectives and targets for junior project staff, and performing quality assurance checks as required.
You will be required to participate actively within the
project team, seeking training and developing skills and competencies to meet
the needs of the anticipated work programme.

Experience and Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Engineering or Science
(BE/BTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA).
* Hands on experience and key software skills - please
apply if you are proficient in at least one of the following:
Java -Java, J2EE, JSP, Struts, Swing, AJAX, Hibernate, JSF
Oracle Database -10G , D2k- Forms 9i, Report 9i
Oracle AppsERP- Financials, Manufacturing, HR
Microsoft technologies- ASP.Net, VB. Net, C#, PL/SQL,
System Design & Implementation
Other tech- TIBCO, Datawarehousing, TPF.
